XANADU AND EKTA WORLD PARTNER TOGETHER FOR EKTA’S LUXURY COLLECTION PORTFOLIO

This synergistic partnership between the two powerhouses will help unlock the ultra-luxe residential market of Bandra-Khar-Santacruz

Mumbai, 21st October, 2020: Xanadu Group, India’s foremost institutional growth expert to the realty sector, is pleased to announce a strategic tie-up with real estate powerhouse Ekta World. This announcement comes on the heels of a stellar last 6 months for Xanadu Realty where contrary to market sentiments and performance, Xanadu unlocked over INR 500 Cr of revenue for its partners across a spectrum of real estate categories. The partnership with Ekta World – one of Mumbai’s most valued real estate brands, marks Xanadu’s foray into the niche ultra-luxury segment of Bandra-Khar-Santacruz. Ekta’s vote of confidence in Xanadu is testament of the company’s track record in developing state of the art business transformation strategies, a high-touch consumer experience and a market penetrating distribution system.

At a time where most real estate businesses are slowing down and postponing new project launches, Xanadu Realty has achieved to scale its businesses successfully. Ekta World’s Luxury Collection is a set of projects located in prime micro markets – ‘The One’ in Pali Hill, ‘The Verve’ in Khar West & ‘Trinity’ in Santacruz West and are together estimated to be worth INR 400 Cr.
