CBRE PropFair 2017 to be organized in Pune
CBRE South Asia Pvt. Ltd, is organizing the sixth edition of CBRE PropFair 2017 in Pune. This will be the third edition in Pune and will be held at the Deccan College ground starting Saturday, Feb 24th 2017.  More than 65 developers, four banks and 300 projects are participating in the three-day event. CBRE PropFair is a mega property show organized by CBRE, the leading international real estate services firm.  The 3-day property show is being held from 24th – 26th February 2017 will witness the participation of all the leading builders and financial institutions in and around the city of Pune, under one roof.

The quality of living in Pune is amongst the best and it was ranked second in India in the ‘Mercer 2016 Quality of Living rankings. According to the Maharashtra Human Development Report 2012, Pune with 0.814 has a very high HDI Index. As a progressive city with strong balance sheet and fiscal prudence, PMC received the ‘AA rating’ by Fitch Rating in 2015. CBRE India has organized this three-day mega property show – CBRE PropFair to provide potential home buyers with an array of options to consider from to realize their dream of owning their own home in the city.

Pune is the ninth-most populous city in India and the second largest in the state of Maharashtra. As a progressive city with strong balance sheet and fiscal prudence, PMC received the ‘AA rating’ by Fitch Rating in 2015. Due to the strong industrial and IT/ITeS activity, the city has witnessed rapid growth of investment grade office space in the past few years. It currently accounts for approximately 10% of the total Grade A office stock in India. The city currently has 35% of the total notified Special Economic Zones (SEZs) in Maharashtra employing 1.78 lakh individuals.
