Office leasing activity to touch its highest level ever RealtyMyths

CBRE India Pvt Ltd. today announced the opening of its news office at Kochi, Kerala. With a dedicated office and the right resources, CBRE is strategically positioned to further enhance its service offerings to customers, while supporting the growth of the real estate sector in the region. Kochi, which was recently announced as part of the Government’s “Smart City” initiative, has gained strategic importance in recent years and has witnessed increased demand for office space for large corporate occupiers, investors and developers. CBRE currently manages close to 4 Million sq.ft. under Asset Services and more than 8 Million sq.ft. In Project Management in the city.

With this announcement, CBRE now offers a full suite of services across 10 locations and has a presence in over 30 cities across the country.

CBRE has already been providing a robust suite of Project Management and Facilities Management Services across various real estate segments. The new strategically located office in Kochi further allows the company to accentuate its operations and better engage with the clients.

CBRE’s Kochi office, located on M.G. Road, is in the center of the commercial high street of the city. Kochi has close to around 50 CBRE professionals who are working at different client sites and will allow the company to better support the growing market.
