Throughout his journey since 2005, Rajat has stood by many brands like The Visava group, Krasa International, Earth Infra & Parsvnath Developers. He is a believer, doer with a zeal to explore new horizon. RealtyMyths team had an insightful interaction towards the current real estate trends and his approach, Here’s an overview of his perspective

What is your new role at Jindal Realty Pvt. Ltd.? How do you look forward to use your expertise to help the brand grow?

Firstly, the new role is exciting and the market is now more challenging. I will be heading the Marketing & Communication at Jindal Realty. We are working in multi dimensions to make the brand grow bigger in the times to come.

What challenges you expect in the new role?

It’s a new journey with clear objectives and vision. We look forward to fill the gap between the Jindal as a Brand and Jindal Realty, its Real Estate vertical.

If you didn’t start out as a Head Marketing & Communication, what did you start out to be?

An Entrepreneur! may be my own real estate setup. But, I feel there is still a lot to learn and I will start my venture when the right time comes.

Describe your typical day – what does your work/life balance look like?

Workout, dropping my kid to school bus stop, discussion about the next goal with my wife, driving and Bluetooth call with the industry people about the trait, office, meetings, planning’s, back home, time for family. I keep things simple!

What’s the hardest part of your job? What do you do to keep calm?

Sometimes it’s close to impossible to convince the top management about the right marketing strategy and concepts. Gymming and playing with my kid gives me the inner peace and strength to keep myself calm. Although, managing kid requires real patience.

What do you consider your greatest achievement?

Honestly, I have made Earth Infrastructures as a Real Estate Brand and we created benchmarks in sales in Real estate market. In general, learning is the biggest achievement for me personally. In my yester years, I got the opportunity to interact with many stalwarts of the industry, who have added great value to my life. Be it in terms of architecture, designing and conceptualisation of residential and IT buildings, construction cost planning etc.

What has been your biggest disappointment?

Biggest disappointment is that government haven’t given much time or planning towards Sonepat as a destination but now finally time has come. I am looking forward for some big movements with this budding location.

Do you love reading? Which book you think has changed your life?

I don’t read much, but if I get some time I read news and article regarding Real Estate, like regulatory bill, RERA act, etc.

Many people regret not having enough time for the things they like. If you could add six hours onto every day, what would you do with the extra time?

Firstly, I love to work out, and stay fit in my life as a Marketing professional. Secondly, spend time with my family.

What do you want to personally and professionally accomplish in the next five year?

Priority will be running my own company of real estate, if not than must be a CEO of some renowned group.

What advice can you offer to others who are on similar career path?

Tough market going on but have patience right time will come soon. Also, the worth of a true professional is tested in the hard times only. This crisis situation will enable them to create full proof sales & marketing strategy which must incorporate financial closer.

Brand is 9 but need right awareness.
