Parsvnath gets LEED Gold Certificate for The Parsvnath 27

Parsvnath Developers Limited, a leading real estate group based in New Delhi, announced that it has been awarded LEED Gold certification for its recently completed commercial office project, The Parsvnath 27, located in the heart of New Delhi at 27, KG Marg, Connaught Place.

The LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) rating system, developed by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), is the foremost program for recognizing best-in-class building strategies and practices in green building. The Parsvnath 27 achieved LEED certification for implementing practical and measurable strategies and solutions aimed at achieving high performance towards conservation of water efficiency, energy use and atmosphere, materials and resources, and indoor environmental quality.

The state of art architecture project, completed in January 2020, features 155,000-square-feet of ultra-modern air-conditioned office space spread over nine floors along with service & basement automated parking spaces, designer interiors & lifts, pleasant landscapes. This project was developed by the Company in terms of the Development Agreement executed with its erstwhile subsidiary, Primetime Realtors Pvt Ltd., and has since been transferred to an Investor.
