In 2021, the company will deliver 1888 residential units in Noida with an investment of Rs 936 crore
Noida, February 10, 2021: After a series of quality constructions and on-time deliveries, NCR realty major Gulshan has announced that it will deliver 482 units in eight towers of Gulshan Botnia by May 2021 in Phase I. The company further said that it would deliver the remaining 282 units in four towers in Phase II by September 2021. The company is set to deliver a total 1888 residential units this year, including Gulshan Botnia and Gulshan Bellina. The total investment in these projects is around Rs 936 crore in residential projects.
Spread over 5.25 acres, Gulshan Botnia with a total of 764 units is being developed at Sector 144, Noida Expressway, with an investment of Rs 435 crore. In fact, Gulshan Botnia would be the only delivered project on Noida Expressway this year. This is their third in line to be established in the area after an enthralling response received for their previous two developments, namely ‘Gulshan Vivante’ and ‘Gulshan Ikebana’.
Gulshan Botnia offers 2 and 3 BHK apartments in 12 towers with enhanced podium & 19 floors in each tower. Strategically planned, the residents will receive the fruits of being well connected to the National Capital – Delhi, Greater Noida, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Yamuna Expressway and various other parts of Noida.
The project boasts of brilliant location advantages and proximity to the metro station and ISBT while enjoying the green expanse and beautiful landscaping. Spread over 7.31 acre, the project with a total of 1124 units is being developed with a cost of Rs 501.93 crore.
